Hi. I have 20 lbs left to lose to get to a BMI of 24. I've lost 55 lbs. Im struggling to lose the last 20 and for the last 2 weeks have been falling off the bandwagon. My BIGGEST struggle has been creating the habit of exercise. I really desire to exercise in the mornings because I was already successful with this for about a month and LOVED my energy levels..... But I have been struggling with getting back into this habit. Also, HOW IN THE WORLD AM I SUPPOSED TO MAINTAIN MY GOAL WEIGHT??? I really dont understand how "naturally thin" people can stay thin. Food tastes delicious. Ugh. I was supposed to be at my goal weight this week. But I lack so much disicpline......... feeling upset........
