Should I count calories daily or weekly

So today I went over my caloric limit by about 70 calories. But all other days of the week (Sun-Thurs) I’ve been eating about 100 calories under what I’m supposed to. So would it really matter that I overate today. I didn’t really change it weight and stayed the same weight.

So yeah I’m just making sure that I didn’t mess this whole thing up and that it dosent matter and what’nt. I just wanna get this weight off me I had on my for a little while maybe about 2 years. Been trying to do this and have been falling off the tracks. Every time I’d overeat one day I thought to my self “well guess this isn’t happening”. But I’ve managed a slow 30 pounds and wanna lose 50lbs more fast. Personally I wouldn’t know if it matters because I’m personally lazy. Idk this was kinda long to keep any bots from deleting this. So sorry if you had to read this far.
