I've lost about 50 lbs but now I'm back sliding

Hey guys this is my first time posting, I'm also on my phone.

Im 6 ft. Woman I started out 265 lb. 12 months ago. I'm now hovering at 215. I have about 30 more lbs to go to be a "healthy" weight. I'm very proud of myself, but I've noticed some self destructive behavior. Like today I at about 3,000 calories, including a lot of candy. Why am I being so self destructive? Has anyone else experienced this? I've been this far before, but no further.

I've been working out 3 days a week at planet fitness and 3 day a week walking 3 miles at a local park. I love my new lifestyle but losing patience. Any words of wisdom are appreciated! Thanks!
