I am currently almost overweight given that my height is just 5’2”. My lifestyle involves going to work at around 9 am and leaving work at around 11 pm+ everyday. I bring my own packed lunch meal which is always a healthy proportion of protein + veggies but I always eat out for dinner which basically means fast food or not so healthy food choices around my workplace. I enrolled in a gym but due to my tight work schedule I only get to gym around 3-6 times a month.
I personally feel so bad whenever I see myself in the mirror or when other people tell me I’ve gotten fatter. I know I should change my lifestyle but I’m currently having such a hard time since my job is so demanding of my time.
Would anyone have any tips on how I can lose weight? Even little tips are appreciated.
