Hi there - it's my first time posting here. I have a bad habit of stress eating that caused me to gain 20lbs in 4 months while I was studying for an exam to get into grad school. I've lost that weight, but now that I'm in grad school, my weight is creeping up again. The times where I over eat the most are right before bed.
I've tried: -Not having unhealthy food in the house (hard since I live with my fiancee who snacks every once in a while) -Tricking myself to eat frozen cherries instead of ice cream (this is workong) -Going keto (unfortunateoy.inpossible in grad school but I was keto before and that's how I lost the previous weight( -Trying intermittent fasting a few times a week now. -I also workout about 4 times per week at 5am. This is the only time I can fit it in with my grad school schedule.
I recognize that none of this really tackles the eating after dinner before bed... I am not even hungry when I eat. I just eat. Has anyone struggled with this? What has worked for some of you?
Thank you so much for your support!
