Ladies! I am wondering what are some good exercises that you’ve done to help you lose your “FUPA”.

This is my first time posting in this sub. I’m so proud of everyone who I see has stuck to it, and lost weight, or people starting their journey. On mobile so sorry for format in advance!

I (23F) have been doing IF for a few months and have a very clean diet. I exercise every day of the week. My SW:175 and my CW: 153, I am down 22 pounds, but women and our bodies, our weight fluctuates so much, and I’m seeing definition and my abs are trying to break through, I see my obliques but my stubborn fupa just doesn’t want to cooperate, so ladies (or gents) what are some exercises you’ve done to help lose it?
