About a year on

I found this sub last year and despite having been through a few phones since then (I'm very good at losing things) and only recently redownloading reddit I still remember you guys being the biggest inspiration at the beginning. All of the people showing that it was possible and how you could get there.

About a year on I've gone from 336 to 242, left my fat self behind and actually been able to go out and do things. Took a while to get to where I was comfy traveling but I've seen so much I never thought I would have a year ago and done things that were definitely impossible for me (like sitting on a toilet without wondering if I'd break it.)

Just wanted to share it with someone as I'm on the other side of the world and no one back home is awake. Still obese at 6ft and 21 years old but I'm still on the way down and not looking at stopping.

Thanks you guys for being a part of me getting my life back, it was the best thing I think I've ever done.
