I need tips to lose that last 10 lbs at least

Hi everyone!! So last January I (22F) was 174 lbs (the highest I’d ever been and shocked), so I decided I NEEDED to lose some weight. Not just for aesthetics (obviously a huge part tho), but I could feel it affecting my health and ability to move. So I lost 20lbs and am now 152lbs! Also I’m 5’4”.

My goal is to lose another 10 lbs but it’s so hard. I find it so hard to eat a little enough calories and I just can’t seem to drop below 150. I’m in school and working. I try to eat healthy. I have been kind of slacking on exercising because school is just so busy (I know I’m making excuses tho lol). I do walk about 20 minutes to the bus terminal, and sometimes 20 minutes a day at school. So maybe 3 x a week I’m walking 20-40 minutes. That’s obviously not doing enough though, and when I was losing weight I was walking 4X a week with light jogging sometimes.

SO ANYWAY. I need some motivation. It’s getting close to exam season so that stress is on but I really want to drop an extra 10lbs. Does anyone have advice? Inspiration? Motivation? Similar experiences?
