Hey ya'll.
Within the last year I've been struggling with a few injuries, two of which have occured within the last month and it's given me a bit of perspective on how I need to start being more conscious of what I eat, how much I exercise, and how well I take care of myself. I'm 27 years old and legit feel like I'm 50. I'm going to the doctor on Wednesday to hopefully start this journey of wellness. I'm not too overweight but my muscle:fat ratio is not good. I am the definition of skinny fat and I hate it. I've gained almost 20 pounds of pure garbage fat in the last 3 months and then injured myself and now the weight I put on is effecting my recovery, my work, and my life so I just need to start bettering myself now. Life is too precious. Although I haven't really cared a lot lately about what I eat and how it effects my body on the outside, now it's affecting my actual bones and muscles and ligaments and shit and I can't let that happen.
This is the big fight, wish me luck, and good luck with everything ya'll are dealing with too.
