Last night I went out with friends, got obliterated by some hard seltzers (damn Trulys, at least they’re low cal), and feasted on way too many damn yummy processed carbs once we got home. Normally this would have led to a major binge session where I deprive myself by fasting the next day but my LoseIt premium subscription was staring me in the face and I forced myself to log everything I ate..
It is SO painful to physically see the numbers on the app telling me how far over my cal budget I went, but tracking a binge is something I’ve NEVER had the discipline to do before. I would rather pretend it didnt happen, hide it, starve myself for a day, and then repeat next weekend. So there’s my NSV: I tracked everything and now I know what kinds of foods to keep out of access when the drunchies come out at 3am. And I’m going to smash my Saturday morning workout today and get right back on track.
Also, carrots and Bolthouse farm ranch (45cal per 2 tbsp) truly CRANK while you’re buttfuck drunk. Thank god I had those on hand to munch on to add some volume so I didn’t completely annihilate my deficit this week.
Still, I must say a fuck you to damn buttery club crackers of deliciousness. I almost knocked out a whole sleeve of those yummy fuckers.
