F/24/5'1/150 I've been trying to lose weight for a very long time and I have seriously struggled. I've read countless posts and I understand the methodology of changing a lifestyle via Cico, IF, keto, exercise, and other various methods, but I cant seem to stick to any method for more than a few weeks. I typically get frustrated after seeing nothing change. My question is how do you just stick to the plan and lose weight? It feels like everything I try - Cico, Keto, exercise, etc - just does not work. I guess any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I think it's also important to note that I posted something similar about 6mo ago. Got some helpful advice but I still have not seen any change.
