I very very rarely get these. Maybe once a month. But holy fuck, sometimes I just want to eat EVERYTHING IN SITE. I usually just take a nap, work, draw, or watch YouTube to get over it. (Exercising would be a good idea, I know, I just have certain issues that make it difficult) But tonight, I’m so so in need of a treat. It’s 2:30am, I’m gonna go easy on myself and eat what I want in my calorie range for the rest of the day, and then just fast (since I’m doing intermittent fasting anyway. Basically just resetting my fasting schedule).
What do you guys do when you get these? Does anybody else get these?
