Fear of relapse

Do you guys ever get incredibly anxious at the prospect of changing up a diet you’ve been doing for a long time? I’ve been doing keto off and on for a long time (a year, then paused to have a baby, and then again the last few months) and recently some life stresses have caused me to have some bad eating habits (not eating enough). I’ve noticed that if I allow myself to say yes to carbs I’m hitting my minimum calories everyday.

I’m not going nuts, adding more veggies and starchy stuff etc. I’m enjoying that I am not being unhealthy by going under, but I have this nagging fear of if I allow carbs into my diet completely that I’ll start overeating again how I used to before keto. It seems silly to worry about since I’m crushing my daily goals every single day at this point .. but uh.. it’s scary!

Please help me not lose my mind over something that hasn’t happened lmao
