In June this year, I had wanted to lose 50 pounds before my wedding in February. Fast forward 5 months and I'm still stuck at the 200 lbs I started from. Completely lost drive and motivation to make any effort. I do not know what to do and I'm praying for a miracle that my wedding date gets postponed. My main drawbacks are I got addicted to ordering food in, and I think about food all. the. fucking. time. I started doing yoga for some movement, after some back and pelvic issues. I don't know what I'm trying to say. I feel like a complete failure at this point--feel like I've pissed this year away. I have no clue how to get back on the wagon. Please help.
