Barely any progress after 2 months, what am I doing wrong???

Back in July I was able to lose over 10 lbs in a couple of months for a competition without even realizing or putting much effort. Afterwards I let loose and got back to 147 lbs at 5’5.

I really wanna get back to being 130 so for the past two months I’ve been weighing my food, not eating out, weighing what I eat and keeping track. I usually aim for 800 cal a day because I know I’ll go overboard and so that’ll usually put me at 1200 calories a day. I eat when I’m really hungry, so some days I go 100-200 overboard, and some days when I work all day I’ll only fit in 500. I do cardio for an hour every day, and then 2 days out of the week I lift weights, do squats, pushups, etc. and I also work full time at a busy fast food place. I was really hoping to see progress when I finally had the time to step on the scale, but I’m only down to 144 lbs which is pretty discouraging. Is there any more that I can do?
