So I've just gotten through week one of my diet. But now it's the weekend and I'm honest quite uncomfortable being in a house full of food and trying to stick to my meal plan.
I've stuck to it for breakfast and i have a packed lunch spare for lunch today. But dinner tonight and tomorrows meals I need to buy stuff.
The uncertainty isn't helping. One of the best things about meal prepping this week was that I didn't have to think about what I was eating. But now I need to buy another protein to have for 2 meals this week and it's tripping me up more than it should.
There just feels like there is a lot of anticipation and nothing to anticipate. Does that make sense?
