30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 22

Hello losers!

Happy Friday y'all. I hope you're out there slaying it!

Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 217.7 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range: Maintenance day. Steak in my future. 14/20 days.

Exercise 5 days a week: I'm thinking HIIT or strength. 14/22 days.

Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. 15/13 allowed.

Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Went to Trader Joe's and got some exciting noms to try. Extra time with my SO.

Write 1,700 words a day for Nanowrimo, finish or $100 donation: 8000. Behind but I'm bound and determined to catch up. Planning some write in time this weekend & hopefully next.

Try a new recipe once a week: I think next week's meal prep will be a sausage & lentil stew. I have the ingredients on hand to make a budget bytes secret ingredient tomato soup & chana masala. I've made hummus from dry beans, chicken tortilla soup, a roasted spaghetti squash dish & a navy bean stew (which I have decided to call bean goop vomit because of the color profile) so far. 4/5 weeks.

Be thankful for something every fucking day: Today I am grateful for simple things. Time to run errands with my partner. Sleeping in with no alarms. Red meat. Mmmhmm.

How about you all?
