Having success but still feeling liking I'm not doing enough.

So right off the bat, by biggest issue is my nutrition. I feel like I'm either not eating enough or I'm totally over eating with in between. That's for sure my biggest area I need to address. I see all kinds of videos and posts about getting your TDEE and eating below it. I just don't really know where to go from there. Like what foods to by, how do I know the food I'm buying or eating. Which feels like an idiotic thing to not know because it's on every label. But even still I've got no clue on what I need to do to get my. Nutrition in line.

I've recently been training specifically for strength. Even more so for powerlifting. I've definitely got a lot of weight to lose. I'm currently 366 lbs. When I started powerlifting at the every beginning of the month I was 370+

At first it was going awesome. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and still felt really. Good. This past week I've been noticing my energy dropping. I'm feeling sore and broken for longer than I was. And yes the intensity of my training is greater now than ever. But I still feel like I'm even more worn down than I should be. And I feel like my nutrition is a major part of that.
