Happy September! Wow, a whole new month & into a new season. Pumpkin spice & everything nice (she says, not enjoying said beverage at all). Onto goals, I hope you had a wonderful day 1.

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it kiddos. A little higher than I'd like.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute walk & stretchy stretches. 1/1 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Should hit up before bed.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my SO, some really kind folks along the road of getting my car fixed back up & some lovely content creators online that brought me joy today.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful for choosing to stay hydrated, take my vitamins & eat lots of tasty green stuff today.
