I really need some help with at home workouts. Gyms give me terrible anxiety, I've tried going to a few different ones but they all just make me extremely uncomfortable. I use to be very fit, I played volleyball for almost 3 years in highschool and then my senior year covid hit. After graduation I definitely let myself go, being in a long term relationship I was bound to gain some happy weight and then a lot of things happened that caused way too much stress in my life so I ate to distract myself. Now I'd like to be fit again and lose some of the weight that i've gained but i'm having trouble finding good at home workouts. I'm looking to lose some belly and thigh weight. If anyone has any advice please let me know.
