Im currently on a 500 cal deficit as I'm trying to cut some fat. I have never felt so thirsty in my life. Im drinking a good 3L of water a day and my body seems to be holding onto all of it. I pee maybe once or twice a day and its always dark yellow.
I dont understand how this is the case when I am drinking more water than I did previously.
When I wasn't cutting, I would drink less water and pee maybe 4 times a day but my pee was light in colour. I rarely felt thirsty.
What is happening? Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know how I can fix this? I eat 30%carb, 40% protein and 30% fat
