Dental Hygiene and Autophagy

I've started trying to fast 3.5 days in a row a week for the benefits of Autophagy while I lose weight, in an attempt to try and avoid loose skin as best I can. This is my first week, currently on day 2 of the fast, so I'm not that far in yet, but I don't plan on stopping in the months to come(obviously do plan on stopping once a week, but you get what I mean).

I realized, I'm brushing my teeth, and rinsing with mouthwash, and afterwards it's unavoidable that I'm going to end up swallowing a bit of Listerine and toothpaste. I was wondering if that could possibly stop or reset the progress in Autophagy during the fast. I know consuming an incredibly small amount of calories can stop Autophagy.

So I'm not sure whether or not the small amount of calories possibly present in toothpaste and mouthwash are going to halt my progress or not, does anybody have a good answer or possibly some advice I've overlooked? I've tried looking it up, but Google's become relatively useless for finding precise information over the years.

Edit: To add to the question, I'm also curious if sleep aid medication could impact Autophagy too. I have pretty bad Insomnia, and fasting only makes it worse. I spent 5 hours last night laying down with my eyes closed just trying to fall asleep.

Thank you!
