What's the best way to surpass a Plateau?

I (20F) have lost 44.5lbs. Back in July 2020 I (at the time 19) was at the starting weight of 259.5lbs. My Cholesterol and Triglycerides were so high that my Dr. Said that would be a risk of Heart Attack if I didn't go on an immediate life style change.

I am currently 215lbs and feel so much better. Cholesterol and Triglycerides are lower, but not quite there. I workout almost every day For 1hr and eat clean (definitely satisfied to do this for rest of my life 👍😊👍).

But now I'm stuck. My goal right now is to get as close to 160 (max weight for my 5'9" figure) by July this year. I'll worry about "vanity weight" later.

My question is to know what you guys did to get by your Plateau?
