Changing my approach to losing weight by posting here for accountability. Inspired by all the progress I see on here and the supportive community :)
My goals are to manage my health by losing weight, modify my relationship with food to keep it off and get into shape to feel more confident in my body. Starting with CICO (Mediterranean focused) and drinking 3 L of water a day. I’m also going to try exercising once a day for at least 30 minutes for health purposes, starting with lower impact activities.
Open to any suggestions for things that worked/didn’t work for you all and how to stay engaged on here to stay accountable. Motivated more than ever to improve my quality of life in a way that I can control it.
