I was always lucky to be tall and thin and never really had to think of losing weight. Now after over a year of home office, not doing sports, eating cheese as a snack, making my own bread and eating all of it, I lost a lot of muscles and gained belly fat. Weight gain from 77kg to 82kg (approx. 170 pounds in freedom scales).
I look silly around the waist wearing my button ups that have gotten tight and my goal is to lose weight as soon as possible.
I started tracking my calories today but figured that I actually have no idea how to do it.
Should I eat the same things but less? Should I not eat any bread anymore? Cut fats or cut carbs?
I do sports regularly, so I don't need to put myself on a schedule for that. I think what I need to change is my eating habit.
