28F 5'6 here, I was 176 pounds when I started 3 weeks back. Within 2 weeks I got down to 169 pounds and then in the 3rd week I gained back 3 pounds.
I am trying to take a calorie deficit diet, I consume around 1400-1500 calories a day and burn 300 via walking 1hr on my home treadmill. The speed is between 4.5km/hr to 5.5km/hr. I sometimes walk 30mins in the evening as well.
The diet is pretty much balanced with proteins fat and fibre, though I have not actively cut down on carbs. I take 4 meals with gap of 3 hours between each of them.
I have one cheat meal every week. I don't know what I'm doing wrong :/
