I just got the Lose It! app and premium. I'm having a hard time understanding a few things. Can anyone who's a guru with the app please help me out? I need help with the calorie tracking, adding exercise, and utilising the app to it's full potential. I'm serious about losing weight and I've read this is a great tool! I'm at like 198-200 lbs now and want to get down to about 160. There's many features that I don't understand such as adding exercise to my day but there being an option to exclude it from my day. Should I be eating enough calories to fill the green bar to the red line? I truly don't know what I'm doing haha.
Any help would be highly appreciated! Would love to chat with someone who has good experience with the app and can guide me in the right direction. I need to lose this belly fat!
