I have been trying to motivate myself to finish my workout. I don’t work out everyday. May be once every 2 weeks. But the day I decide to do it I narrow down a few exercises to do and decide on finishing 4 sets of each exercise. By the time I finish 2 sets I just consider my workout finished and proceed to my work desk. It’s not just sets. Even if I go for a jog it’s very similar. I decide to run for 3 miles and then I am home by 1.5-2 miles.
There is something in my head telling me that I have not finished what was decided but still I don’t finish it.
Why? How should I change the way I think ? Or am I just not motivated enough to do exercise ?
Please advise.
