I'm a 135 lb, 5" 0, 28F who has to do computer work on most days. I have been trying to follow 1200/CICO and IF whenever possible.
Lately finding it difficult to stay on my diet plan. For example, this week I was working with high stress levels. I found myself reaching out to take outs/ junks food etc this entire week. I had my meals prepped and even took them to to work. I are those goof, healthy, high protein meals and yet I just kept going back to buying and eating junk food.
I want to change the mindset of choosing something else to do when I was stressed instead of food. How do I make this a habit and especially not give up when I'm cranky or pissed?
