I would appreciate some help or what worked for you. I am at my worst weight speaking. I need to lose like 55 lb. I don't look scary. I just know I have all this extra. And I don't like it for me. Any advice would be excellent. I feel absolutely horrible but I just cannot get started. There's so much information out there and I just feel like I just want to lay down all the time. But that feels horrible, too. I'm ancestrally from a people who love food and I do finish my plate. Always. Eat with my fingers when is good enough ... Yes, I know horrible and not lady like. I just like food. Food portion is the big issue. And not having motivation to exercise. Any recommendations would be awesome. Thanks.
