Reasons to lose weight - Imagine!

So I have been this journey for over a year. Lost 15 kgs, gained it all back. It’s now that I’m understanding the scope and dedication that this losing weight thing requires for me. And it kinda overwhelmed me. I realised food is too damn important for me and I can’t give it up!! All social settings, meetings, partying is linked to that. But then, I wrote up some stuff which I thought maybe helps. So here it goes...

  • Imagine being fit like reallly fit. Six packs.

  • Imagine feeling desired again. Like really really desired.

  • Imagine not feeling shitty about yourself when you enter a club

  • Imagine not feeling shitty when you get a picture clicked

  • Imagine dancing all day and all night in a 5-day rave

  • Imagine going shirtless at the beach knowing you look goood

  • Imagine wearing Zara clothes

  • Imagine staminaaaa

  • Imagine not feeling that you need a few more drinks to be comfortable with yourself

  • Imagine being in your body more!

  • Imagine, being freed from food ! Imagine thaaat

I know that it’s going to be a very very long journey and it involves a lot of sacrifice. But maybe the stuff above provides some sort of motivation.
