Anyone else here has lost weight but still look relatively the same?? I used to be 203 at my heaviest and over time (maybe 6 or 7 months) lost weight and am now 143.
It's nice to see that number on the scale, but when I see myself in the mirror I look still sorta the same imo. My arms definitely are more skinnier, though I never really gain weight there. My stomach is a bit smaller, but otherwise I feel I'm still as fat as ever.
How would I lose stomach weight in particular? I still look 5 months pregnant, and am not.
It's very frustrating because I cut out the fast food, etc, I usually now eat less than 1000 cals per day, and my body looks gross.
Forgot to mention, I'm a 22f, 5'8. So its especially frustrating when my bmi says I'm in the healthy range, but I still look chubby in areas.
