How To Keep Losing After Initial Loss

Hi everyone. I haven’t posted in a while because I thought I had things figured out. I’m F/40/5’10”/227lb. I started in October 29th at 271. The first 40lb were easy, and I lost them in 4 months by eating 11-1200 calories a day. Ever since I lost those first 40 pounds, I’ve been struggling. I was advised to increase my calories so I switched to 1600, which is a 5-700 calorie deficit depending on the day. I was able to lose 4lb in March, but I’m having a lot more difficulty now with choosing the right foods and eating under 1600, even though it’s more than I was getting before. I know I need to add in exercise to increase the deficit, but it feels like it’s been harder to not binge eat as well. Any idea what could be causing this? I need to lose about 60 more pounds to get to a healthy weight. Any advice is very much appreciated!
