How do I lose fat without going to the gym?

Losing the fat without going to the gym is absolutely possible if the person is willing to follow the basics correctly. I recently transformed my body after recovering from a herniated disc and I did it all without going to the gym, as covid-19 cases are again rising I prefer working out at home.

Let me tell the exact three things which I did to transform in a short period of time.

1. Diet - This is the most important part of any successful gain or cut program, messing up with this is a sure shot way to say goodbye to the goals. To make a successful diet, count your maintainance calories first, to do this simply type on google “maintainance calorie counter” and there are hundreds of free apps that will come in real handy. Once the maintainance calories are known the task becomes that much simpler now just reduce 200–250 calories from the daily diet, to count the daily calories use any calorie counting app they are available for free in play store.

2. Cardio on an empty stomach - If diet is 70 percent part of the puzzle this is atleast 20 percent when trying to lose belly fat fast. The main benefit of cardio on an empty stomach is better utilization of the stored fat by the body, there are studies which prove that fasted cardio is better than the one performed in a fed state. There are numerous forms of cardio a person can do but I strictly like walking as it is the simplest and most natural of movememts a person can perform. Walking for 45 minutes at an average pace burns nearly 200–250 calories, although this can vary according to the weight of the person but a 150–160 pound person will burn this much.

3. Do some strength training with dumbells - This is the last piece of the puzzle,many people who don't do this end up getting skinny or skinny fat. This is important because muscles increase the resting metabolism and the more muscles a person has the more fat their body cab burn at rest. Just a pair of 10 kg dumbbells are enough to target the whole body effectively there is no need to go more heavy than this unless the goal is something else.
