Did you change your calories when you became close to your goal/already at a healthy weight?

Hey r/loseit! New redditor here, so please let me know if this is the wrong place to ask. I’m at a healthy weight 5’5, 22F, 142 lbs. Im wanting to just lose about 10-15 pounds more after losing about 15 in about 2 months. I’ve heard that when your closer to your goal/at a healthier weight you should aim to only lose 1 pound a week otherwise it can be detrimental to your health/ability to maintain? Does anyone have any information on whether this is true/if I should aim for a higher calorie intake to so I’m losing only 1 pound a week? (Currently I’m eating 1200 calories, exercising 5 days a week of about 30-45 min strength workouts and 30 mins of cardio 4 days a week, long walks and yoga on my 2 off days, losing about 1.5-2lbs a week). Really want to make sure I’m still being healthy here!

TL;DR: Should I aim to only lose a pound per week if I’m already at a healthy weight and just want to shed about 10 lbs more?
