Quarantine made me a lazy stoner just eating junk food, smoking, video games , and sleeping. And at one point I didn’t want to face reality and I hated the thought of starting at day 1. I finally took the step last week ago and now I feel so much happier. I know 10 lbs isn’t much like many other accomplishments here but I would still like to help someone

One of my favourite tips is make the foods you like healthier. I was craving burgers and French fries but instead I made a whole wheat sandwich and baked fries. I was craving pizza so I made tortilla pizza with low fat ingredients. If I wanted pancakes I made protein ones instead of Classic Aunt Jeminas. It’s just as tasty and it might take time but it’s so much more worth it.

Pick a hobby to keep you occupied. I saw myself being bored if I wasn’t smoking. I picked up boxing and reading and it really helps. You think less about eating. After my T break I felt a depressed but that’s only gonna bring me temporary happiness not permanent.

Keep motivation around you 24/7. I always wake up watching people like David Goggins or my phone screen and have pictures of who I want to be. My room has quotes imprinted large so I can see them every day. It really helps to keep you on track

Your not going to be motivated everyday. You gotta force your lazy ass up even if you don’t want to do it. People fall in a cycle if they skip one day then it’s a week then a month. Don’t be that guy
-
Drink water. People start eating because they think they hungry. Drink a glass or 2 then ask yourself if you really are hungry then make a fruit bowl. It’s filling and less cals
-
Make your meals tastier. You hate that chicken breast cause it not seasoned right . I use Cajun and it’s a game changer.
These are some tips that helped me but I hope they help :)
