I've dropped 30 lbs in the last year thanks to my new COVID lifestyle of daily ramped-up exercising and logging my food (aka reducing food intake, including wine :-( ... and home cooking vs eating fast food). Trying for a 500 calorie deficit per day and typically hitting it 2-3x/week. Rest of the time I'm either breaking even or at a 200-300 calorie deficit. So yeah, I'm having a helluva time loosing that last 5-8 lbs tho and am looking for advice. Was considering PhenQ just to get me to my target weight but I was concerned about taking supplements (low BP, anemic). I really want to prove to myself that I can hit that "magic" weight. And maintain it. Positivity and ideas welcome!
