I truly, truly, TRULY hate exercising. It makes me feel tired and I get bored after 5 minutes. I tried many different sports, going to the gym, I just don’t like it and it’s always been like this. I would love to be fit and have some good muscles and lose some kilos but I feel so unmotivated to exercise that I am not sure how to do... Sometimes I even get angered by my lack of will to do sports as I see so many fit people around me -.- Is there anyone in this situation? If yes, did you ever overcome this feeling?
PS: I’m not jealous of the fit people around me, I just wish I could have their motivation..
