Staying Motivated When Progress is Slow

I quit sugar on January 11th. It's been 24 days. I've lost 4 pounds! I no longer feel tempted or controlled by sugar/processed food. My energy and mood are infinitely better, and I'm consistently waking up at 5:30AM to exercise before work!

All of this is great. I feel great.

BUT!

I'm feeling discouraged because I don't look very different. (*yes, I know my appearance isn't the most important thing! but I want to lose some fat to look like my best self!*) For reference, I'm 5'7" and currently weigh about 156 pounds. My goal weight is about 140-145 pounds, which is what I weighed before my injury.

At a healthy rate, I'll reach my goal sometime in April, which feels like a long way off. I'm happy with the diet and exercise routine I'm doing. I know I can sustain it. But I'd like to hear how some of you guys stay consistent when you're in it for the long haul (several months or more)

TLDR; Anyone have helpful ways to stay consistent/motivated? Reminders, phrases, success stories?
