What's a trustworthy calorie intake program/app?

So for reference, I'm 16 years old, 70kg (154lbs), 184cm and I do sports 7-8 times a week (boxing and field hockey). I'm really struggling to find a trustworthy app that gives a good daily calorie intake.

I wanna maintain my weight since I already lost 13kg and I'm definitely not overweight anymore, but I don't really know what my normal calorie intake should be. On one side you have some sites advising 3000 Cal a day if you sport 7 times a week at my height and weight on the other hand you got apps like Google fit who still report 2600 Cal burnt on days when I do both field hockey and boxing. Is there any reliable method out there except just try to monitor myself really closely over multiple weeks?

Thanks in advance!
