TDEE Seems High

So I know calculators are just an estimate but I’m honestly lost.

I’m 5’11 and 220. I’m down from 250 through periods of CICO over a year and a half.

I’m getting serious about really trimming sown and getting into shape but I can’t help but feeling like maybe eating too little?

Even putting moderate activity at my weight and height has most calculators having me pretty well over 2000 calories a day. Right now, I’m eating 1500 or so. I’m fairly active at work and CrossFit 3-4 days a week.

I weigh EVERYTHING and track everything I eat but the weight doesn’t seem to be coming off like it did the last few times I dieted.

Is it possible I’m eating too little and the calculators are closer to what I should be eating?
