So I (18F) currently eat about 1300 calories a day, and I burn about 500 of those off so that I can lose weight at a rate of -2lbs a week. I’m currently 30 lbs down (135 lbs @ 5’6/5’7), I want to be 125 lbs.
However, on days that I eat more than that (think 1800-2000 calories) I feel so sick and my stomach hurts a ton.
I don’t feel full when I eat 1800+ calories so it’s not the typical stomach pain you get when you eat too much, it feels like it’s deep down, kind of like the cramps I get on my period, but it always occurs about 10-20 minutes after I eat more than 1300 calories, regardless of the food I eat. I also do OMAD so maybe that contributes to it? I usually eat my one 1300 cal meal of the day at 12 pm, and on days that I eat 1800 cals I have a second meal (sandwich etc) at around 6 pm maybe
I like fasting sometimes (~70 hr fasts) and I’ve heard that if you break an extended fast with unhealthy/heavy foods you’ll get sick, so I’m curious if it’s similar to that? I eat around the same time everyday though so I’m not sure why this is happening
