Pregnancy & Preworkout

I lost almost 60lbs before pregnancy and I plan on maintaining it as much as possible while pregnant by staying active and not eating like trash. I tried to post this in r/supplements but as this is a new account I can’t post anything from this account.

I’m 4 months pregnant...yay? (Jk it’s miserable)

I’m trying to remain active in the gym, but given that being pregnant has literally zapped every ounce of energy I have, a pick-me-up is definitely necessary to get me through it.

Before pregnancy I was using about 2 scoops of Psychotic from Insane Labz, and this is my all time favorite preworkout, it’s one of the few that actually does anything for me.

Just before I found out I was pregnant I switched over to Woke AF, solely because I have some heart issues and the Psychotic seemed to be making it worse but the Woke AF doesn’t effect them at all.

I’m still using the Woke AF, just with half a scoop instead of a full scoop.

I should note that I don’t consume any other form of caffeine other than my preworkout. I only drink water and the occasional Sprite. I don’t have an affinity for sweets, only things covered in hot sauce, so tea and chocolate are also not in the picture. Right now I’m doing some research on ingredients as I bought Hydraulic from Axe & Sledge Supplements earlier tonight.

TLDR; I’m pregnant and need a new preworkout, whatchya got?
