My upper ribs are starting to show and I don't like it

I'm currently 20 pounds below my previous lowest adult weight ever (23F ~ 5'10" ~ HW: 220 ~ PLW: 180 ~ SW: 210 ~ CW: 159). I'm blessed with a pear shape that has become much more pronounced as I've lost weight; I'm currently rocking a 29" waist and 41" hips. My boobs have shrunk quite a bit, but I'm totally fine with that and would prefer to be flat-chested anyway. What I'm not so fine with, however, is that my upper ribs have become visible under my boobs.

I still have quite a bit of tummy pooch (and I've always had a tummy with a definite 'shelf' unlike most women), so I'm not done losing weight yet. I see some pictures of healthy weight women who have visible upper ribs but most do not unless they're on the very low end/underweight. I'm wondering if they will somehow become less visible after my weight has settled, or if doing some specific kind of strength training can help me build up muscle to hide them without losing my defined waist.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
