I’ve hit a wall and need some advice. 14(m)

For context, I’m 14(m), 5’9, and I’ve lost a little over 40 pounds since about mid June. I lost that weight by focusing on portion control and being more active. It’s been going pretty smoothly until mid-way through October.

I was sitting at 214/213 for about two weeks. I figured that I had leveled out and that I needed to crank things up a bit. I’ve since started going to the gym and focusing even more on what I’m eating, only to find that I’ve gained 4 pounds in the past month.

This has really been bugging me for the past week. All the articles I’ve read and YouTube videos I’ve watched tell me the same exact thing. Does anyone have any advice as to how I could get over this wall?
