Weight Loss for Everyone: I'm a Plateau

I'm a Plateau

I(19F) am at a plateau both physically and mentally. This year, during the spring semester of my freshman year at college, lost about 40 pounds. I became a gym bunny essentially, and worked out quite often. I even developed a love for running. I ate less, and more healthy foods. This continued throughout the summer, working out and trying to eat right, but I just didn't lose any weight. I was stuck at 165lbs, I'm 5'6". And then I got back to college and I got screwed over with my schedule and don't have much time to go to the gym. On Wednesday, I take two high intensity workout classes back to back, but that is about all the time I have. And now, for some reason, even when I have time, I've lost the mental energy to go. I don't have the enthusiasm and motivation, even though I enjoyed it the whole year. I'm lucky that I've stayed at the same weight and haven't gained anything, but it's so frustrating that my high enthusiasm and motivation for the gym is gone for the most part. And the fact that I've stayed the same weight for around 8 or 9 months doesn't really help either.
