I’m like a bit over 160 pounds, it’s not my cup of tea. From what I read and watched in videos, it seems like losing weight is basically 25% of exercise and 75% diet. I’m working on finding a rhythm for exercising for my belly and thigh fat but the food part is hard. My favorite food in the world is Italian food. I love pizza, garlic bread and breadsticks and pizza. Just add marinara sauce and French fries and I’m a goner. These are not the only food I eat but I recognized these are huge trigger foods for me. I don’t want to give up the food cold turkey but I would like some alternatives. I’ve been adding spinach to my spaghetti and broccolis and it’s been helpful adding some greens. I would like some help or advice on what to add and slowly eat less carbs. I’m also interested into adding fish into my diet.
