So I’m generally a pretty slim guy. I’m 6’2, 174lb with a slightly muscular physique and only really have a fat stomach whenever I eat too much in one sitting. But whenever I eat fast food my face looks SO FAT for the rest of the week because of the high amounts of salt and I’ve basically been binge eating fast food since Friday.
I need to get rid of this as quick as I can and basically have the skinniest face possible by Saturday, what’s the best way I can do this? I already know to drink plenty of water but what other tips can you recommend? Any specific fruits or certain exercises that can help?
