Heya Lose It!
So after 5 days of following a strict meal plan I am 4kg down. Is it mostly water weight? Probably. Do I care? No! It is 4 kilograms I don't see on the scale anymore.
I'm being super strict for this month on the types of foods I eat. Almost entirely lean protein and veggies, with those weight watchers sachet desserts to combat the sugar cravings. After this month I plan to broaden my food horizons a bit but there are three habits I NEED to keep.
Eat a light breakfast
Make a packed lunch for work every day
For the love of all that is holy there is no excuse for supermarket chocolate EVERY damn time you go grocery shopping.
Cheers to 4kgs down and 17kg more to go
