One of my issues losing weight in the past has been snacking during errands. I'd usually pick up bags of nuts, granola bars or whatever else they put next the register to eat on the way home. Then there's the temptation of sipping on a "coffee" that's half whipped cream. I never realized how often I did it unless I was using MFP. It's not like I particularly enjoyed these "treats".
But with mask mandates, I had to stop. You're not even allowed to walk around Target with a frappucino if you have to keep your face covered. It's been long enough now that I probably won't pick up the habit again after the mandates are over.
